CARACAS, Jan. 8 (Xinhua) — Venezuelan Interim President Delcy Rodriguez announced on Thursday the launch of a government program to aid and rebuild areas affected by the U.S. military strikes on Jan. 3.
"We are helping to rebuild the areas where bombs fell, so that the loving hands of the Venezuelan government can reach these places," she said during a working meeting in Caracas.
