Bogota, Dec. 31 (Xinhua) — Colombian President Gustavo Petro said on Tuesday that U.S. President Donald Trump ordered the bombing of a suspected cocaine factory in Maracaibo, a city in northwestern Venezuela.
The facility, located in the coastal area of Maracaibo, was allegedly used to process coca paste into cocaine, G. Petro wrote on social media.
He suggested the facility was being operated by the National Liberation Army guerrilla group, without providing further details.
