BEIJING, December 31 (Xinhua) — Irresponsible and fact-distorting statements by Japan and some other countries regarding China's necessary measures to protect its national sovereignty and territorial integrity are extremely hypocritical, a Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson said on Wednesday.
