SEOUL, Dec. 29 (Xinhua) — The Phoenix Flag, the symbol of the President of the Republic of Korea, was raised at Cheong Wa Dae, the presidential residence in Seoul, also known as the Blue House, at 00:00 local time on Monday after a hiatus of nearly three years and seven months.
