On December 10th, the Yixian-A CubeSat, developed by a student team at Sun Yat-sen University, was successfully launched. It is the world's first satellite capable of measuring the deformation of wooden exterior panels in orbit. The team behind this CubeSat consists primarily of nine young people, led by Sun Yat-sen University postdoc Wang Hui, a 1990s generation graduate.
