Users aged 14 and older with a full account on the mos.ru portal can earn points for their activities in the project. They must also register on the website or in the "Discover Moscow" app using Mos ID. The first 100 points will be awarded to loyalty program participants upon initial registration through mos.ru after December 10, 2025.

City points can also be earned by participating in various events. Authorized users can take interactive quests and quizzes. Experts in Moscow history will receive 20 city points for correctly answering all quiz questions and receiving an "excellent" grade; 10 points for a "good" grade (more than half correct); and five points for a "poor" grade.
