In the Polytechnic Hydrotower, which turned 120 years old this yearThe "Tower Prize 2025" ceremony took place. Teams representing the most outstanding student projects of the past year gathered for the event.
The Polytech Tower Award is a new format for public recognition of the university's student project work, as well as a way to identify and support the best youth initiatives.
This year, 21 projects were nominated for the award. Nine winners received the main statuette, a Hydrotower, and another 34 participants won in special categories: "Friend of the Tower," "Mentor of the Tower," and "Partner of the Tower." Among the "Friends of the Tower" was the SPbPU Public Relations Department.
The winners of the "Polytech Project" grant competition were given special recognition.
This year, the Tower's partners were: RCP — Industrial Robots and Optimization, RFC — Robot Fight Club, Selectel, Rostelecom, Rubin Central Design Bureau for Mechanics and Technology, EM Rus, and EVM.
