From December 25 to January 11, VDNKh will host New Year's fairThe event will take place behind Pavilion No. 58 (the Slovo Museum of Slavic Literature), where a welcoming space will be created with atmospheric music and vibrant fairytale characters.
For 18 days, visitors will be treated to a variety of treats. Here, they will be able to sample traditional winter delicacies and signature dishes. Guests will also be able to purchase holiday gifts: handicrafts, souvenirs, New Year's decorations, candles, and products from residents of the Crafts Park at VDNKh.
From December 26th to 28th, a themed entertainment program, "Gift Factory," will be held. It will include interactive theatrical performances, fun animation, games and contests, and a disco with a DJ. The main characters of the event will be Father Frost and the Snow Maiden. They will have to save the New Year from the evil wizard, who wants to deprive everyone of their gifts.
From January 2nd to 11th, guests will be treated to the "Carousel of Gifts" program. During the holiday season, the stage will be transformed into a fairytale carousel, set in motion by Father Frost. Interactive activities, animation programs, and street performances will be featured.
The New Year's Fair at VDNKh will be open from December 25th to 31st from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM, on January 1st from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM, and from January 2nd to 11th from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Admission is free.
