Moscow, December 24 /Xinhua/ — Two traffic police officers died in an explosion in southern Moscow on Wednesday, the Russian Investigative Committee reported.

An explosion occurred on Yeletskaya Street, killing three people. "According to investigators, on the night of December 23-24, on Yeletskaya Street in Moscow, two traffic police officers saw a suspicious individual near a police car. As they approached to detain him, an explosive device was detonated.
