Since December 19, the construction of the Nantong-Ningbo High-Speed Railway (Nantong-Suzhou-Jiangxi-Ningbo) (Tongyong HSR) in Nanhu District, Jiaxing City, Zhejiang Province, has been in full swing. The low-pylon cable-stayed bridge has been installed across the Hanshenxian Shipping Channel at the "Jiaxing Off-Grade Bridge" section, which will lay the foundation for the subsequent advancement of the bridge superstructure.
The Tongyong High-Speed Railway is a key component of the Coastal Corridor project of China's national high-speed rail network. Once completed, it will continue the systematic improvement of the high-speed rail network in the Yangtze River Delta region and promote high-quality, integrated development in the region.
