The Arkhangelsk and Tula regions, as well as the Khabarovsk Krai, will receive a combined total of over 700 million rubles to reimburse the costs of relocating residents from emergency housing deemed as such after January 1, 2017. Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin signed the corresponding orders.
According to the documents, the Arkhangelsk Region will receive 137.4 million rubles, the Tula Region 137.8 million rubles, and the Khabarovsk Krai 427.2 million rubles. Funding from the Government's reserve fund will be transferred based on agreements the regions will enter into with the Ministry of Construction.
The work is being carried out as part of the federal "Housing" project, which is part of the national "Infrastructure for Life" project. Its implementation between 2025 and 2030 will allow for the relocation of more than 333,000 people from dilapidated housing covering 5.9 million square meters.
