A building will be built in the Lianozovo district under the renovation program. An urban development plan for the project has been issued for a 0.5-hectare plot located at 4 Pskovskaya Street. "The new building's maximum floor area will be approximately 17,000 square meters. The area around the building will be landscaped, including playgrounds and sports fields. The new building will seamlessly complement the existing development of the Lianozovo district, which boasts well-developed urban infrastructure and proximity to nature.
