A building will be built in the Lianozovo district under the renovation program. An urban development plan for the project has been issued for a 0.5-hectare plot located at 4 Pskovskaya Street. This was announced by the Moscow Government Minister and Head of the Moscow Department of Urban Development Policy. Vladislav Ovchinsky.
"The new building's maximum floor area will be approximately 17,000 square meters. It will be constructed in an area with well-developed social and transport infrastructure: the Lianozovo station on the Lyublinsko-Dmitrovskaya metro line and the platform of the same name on the first Moscow Central Diameter line are nearby, as well as the Lianozovsky Landscape Reserve," noted Vladislav Ovchinsky.
The area around the building will be landscaped, including playgrounds and sports fields. The new building will seamlessly complement the existing development of the Lianozovo district, which boasts well-developed urban infrastructure and proximity to nature.
Earlier, the Mayor of Moscow reported that more than 215 thousand Muscovites resettlement under the renovation program will begin in 2026–2028.
The renovation program was approved in August 2017. It affects approximately one million people and provides for the relocation of 5,176 buildings. Sergei Sobyanin ordered the pace of implementation of the renovation program to be increased.twice.
