BEIJING, Dec. 22 (Xinhua) — China has taken a step toward drafting a fundamental and comprehensive law on state-owned assets. The corresponding bill was submitted for first reading on Monday at the 19th session of the Standing Committee of the 14th National People's Congress (NPC).
