The inter-navigation period is a time when ships undergo a transformation. Work is already underway on board to make your 2026 journey even more comfortable and enjoyable.
New, cozy cabins and public spaces for a variety of leisure activities—we're ready to share with you what's new awaiting guests on the ships of our general partner, Sozvezdie Cruise Company, for the 2026 season.
Motor ship "Moonlight Sonata".
The most extensive modernization will affect the Moonlight Sonata. Instead of standard cabins on the main deck, there will be Junior Suite, Comfort, and Superior Comfort cabins with extra berths, creating more options for family vacations.
The forward section of the middle deck will be supplemented with two double panoramic cabins, offering a wide view of the changing river landscapes.
The former concert hall on the sun deck will be replaced by a spacious "Music Hall" with an expanded bar area. This will make the Moonlight Sonata lounge bar the most spacious in the Sozvezdie fleet.
The sundeck lounge area will also undergo changes: a modern interior, comfortable new furniture, floral arrangements, and designer lighting will create a uniquely relaxing cruise atmosphere.
The Blues restaurant on the lower deck will open completely renovated. Everything from the linens to the furniture will be updated, but the attentive service and favorite menu items will remain unchanged. A slight update awaits you in the upper restaurant, Jazz, where the furniture will be replaced.
A teen club will be located on the ship's main deck—a space for shared entertainment. Board games, intellectual quizzes, and workshops await teenagers.
A special photo zone will be located on the boat deck, where you can take beautiful photo postcards – vivid memories of the cruise that will stay with you for a long time.
Other public areas will also undergo a general modernisation: lobbies, halls, corridors and the central information desk.
Furthermore, the Moonlight Sonata will be the second ship in the Sozvezdie fleet to be fully equipped with electric locks in all cabins. The key card will not only provide access to your cabin but also serve as a convenient form of payment at the bar or reception.
The motor ship "Symphony of the North"
Some cabins on the middle and main decks will be upgraded to the A2 Comfort category, with modern finishes and a new level of comfort.
On the middle deck, the interiors of the corridor and recreation area will be renovated.
Starting in the 2026 navigation season, all four-deck ships will be equipped with large-screen cinemas on the sun deck, where you can enjoy an open-air movie while comfortably seated in soft beanbags.
Motor ship "Alexander Benois"
The corridor on the boat deck will be renovated. Vibrant decorative frescoes based on sketches by Alexandre Benois in the new interiors create a sense of visual and tactile depth. The new public spaces will be enhanced by copies of theatrical costume designs, for which the artist drew on motifs from folk toys and popular prints, as well as lithographed albums and fashion magazines from the last century.
