Resolution of December 17, 2025 No. 2046
The government will continue to provide support to affected organizations and individual entrepreneurs in the Belgorod, Bryansk, and Kursk regions in 2026. A resolution has been signed introducing the necessary amendments to the state program "Economic Development and Innovative Economy."
This involves providing subsidies to organizations and entrepreneurs to restore and maintain operations, and concessional loans to small and medium-sized businesses for working capital and investment purposes. These loans are available for up to 50 million rubles and have terms of up to six years.
The funds will be allocated to the regions as part of the federal project "Special Short-Term Support Measures for Small and Medium-Sized Entrepreneurs." The 2026 federal budget allocates approximately 4.5 billion rubles for this purpose.
The signed document amends Government Resolution No. 316 of April 15, 2014.
