The Lipovaya Roshcha station is being built as part of the second stage of the Rublevo-Arkhangelsk radius on the outer side of the Moscow Ring Road near the intersection with Novorizhskoye Highway.
The 27.6-kilometer Rublevo-Arkhangelskaya line with 12 stations will become a key element of the capital's transportation system, linking the Moscow-City business center with residential areas in the northwest and Krasnogorsk in the Moscow region.
