Rosneft's Samara Group enterprises are among the winners of the social efficiency competition

The Kuibyshev Oil Refinery and the Novokuibyshevsk Oil Refinery, both part of Rosneft's Samara Group of Oil Refineries, won the 25th All-Russian "Russian Organization of High Social Performance" competition. The awards were presented to the companies' representatives by Tatyana Golikova, Deputy Prime Minister for Social Policy, at the All-Russian Personnel Forum held in Moscow.

The Novokuibyshevsk Oil Refinery won first place in the category "For the Development of Social Partnership in Manufacturing Organizations." The Kuibyshev Oil Refinery won second place in the category "For Supporting Employees with Large Families and Their Children in Manufacturing Organizations."

The plants' social programs include voluntary health insurance, health resort treatment at Russian health centers, maternity support, sports activities organized through 30 health clubs and groups, corporate mortgage lending, and housing assistance for young professionals and out-of-town workers, as well as a corporate pension program. Employees' families receive discounted vouchers to the plant's health resort, children's camp, and a recreation center on the Volga.

The All-Russian competition "Russian Organization of High Social Efficiency" has been held by the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation for 25 years. The competition consists of two stages: regional and federal. The jury consists of tripartite commissions for the regulation of social and labor relations. This year, more than 1,400 employers from 74 regions of the country participated in the competition.
