BEIJING, Dec. 7 (Xinhua) — The Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC Central Committee) released the revised Regulations of the Working Organs of the CPC.
According to the CPC Central Committee's circular, the revised document comprehensively embodies the spirit of the decisions of the 20th National Congress of the CPC and all past plenary sessions of the 20th CPC Central Committee.
As noted, the updated regulation consolidates the results achieved during the reform of China's party and state institutions, tightens political requirements for the party's working bodies, and standardizes the procedure for the establishment and functioning of these structures, which will contribute to increasing their effectiveness and potential to fulfill their responsibilities.
The circular requires party committees at all levels to strengthen their leadership in implementing the provisions in practice, and to carry out proper work on information, explanation, supervision, and verification, ensuring the effective implementation of all points of the updated document. –0–
