A citizen of the Russian Federation registered at the place of residence in the Kaliningrad Region, a citizen of the Russian Federation who is a student at a higher educational institution located in the Kaliningrad Region and has a document confirming the status of a full-time student, a citizen of the Russian Federation under 23 years of age, a citizen of the Russian Federation over 55 years of age (for women) and over 60 years of age (for men), a citizen of the Russian Federation with a disabled person of group I of any age and the person accompanying him/her, a citizen of the Russian Federation, a disabled child and the person accompanying the disabled child, a disabled person from childhood of group II or III, a citizen of the Russian Federation who has a certificate of a large family or other documents confirming the status of a large family.
The carrier will also provide preferential fares on these routes until the end of 2025.
