The project reportedly covers an area of 106.8 mu (15 mu = 1 hectare), with a planned total investment of 900 million yuan, and will be implemented in three phases. Once fully operational, it will significantly improve the substitution rate for imported conductive additives for batteries, providing key material support for strategic industries such as new energy vehicles and energy storage systems.
