A meeting of the Government Commission on Transport's subcommittee on transport and logistics corridors was held at the Government Coordination Centre, chaired by Deputy Prime Minister Vitaly Savelyev.
The meeting discussed the progress of achieving the projected traffic volumes along the five main international transport corridors for the first 10 months of 2025, as well as infrastructure development issues. Furthermore, the meeting participants discussed the competitiveness of international routes passing through the Russian Federation.
According to the Decree of the President of Russia "On the national development goals of the Russian Federation for the period up to 2030 and for the future up to 2036," by 2030, the volume of transportation along international transport corridors should increase by at least one and a half times compared to the 2021 level.
