Applications for the auctions will close on December 5, and the auctions themselves will take place on December 12," said Kirill Purtov.
The premises are located at 1 Novomikhaylovskoye Shosse, Building 1. They are on the ground floor, have a separate entrance, and are connected to the main utilities. They can be used to open a small store, café, beauty salon, or other businesses.
Auction participants can be legal entities or individuals. Registration on the Roseltorg online platform and a qualified electronic signature are required.
