Several more integrated territorial development projects (ITD) are being implemented in the capital. These projects will build over 900,000 square meters of real estate and create over 4,000 jobs. This was reported on the channel in MAX messenger Sergei Sobyanin reported.

The total area of inefficiently used non-residential land is over 46.5 hectares. This land is currently occupied by warehouses and other outdated buildings.

Novogireevo

In the Novogireevo district in the east of the capital, two sites totaling 12.7 hectares are being redeveloped. They are located at 8a Utrennyaya Street and 12 Kuskovskaya Street, between the tracks of the fourth Moscow Central Diameter and Perovskaya Street.

235,100 square meters of real estate can be built here. This is enough to create a modern urban neighborhood for the renovation program, as well as a community center with rock climbing infrastructure and other important social facilities. More than 2,000 new jobs will be created.

Strogino

In the Strogino district in the northwest of the capital, plots with a total area of 10.24 hectares are being reorganized.

"In Strogino, near Marshal Proshlyakov Street and Marshal Zhukov Avenue, a block of approximately 324,000 square meters will be built with social and other facilities. These will include an educational complex with a school for 950 children and a kindergarten for 350 children," the Moscow Mayor noted.

The urban development potential of the sites amounts to approximately 324,000 square meters of real estate. Approximately 800 new jobs will be created here.

Losinoostrovsky and Yaroslavsky

The program included redevelopment sites totaling 9.31 hectares in the Losinoostrovsky and Yaroslavsky districts in the northeast of the city. They were located at 3 Khibinsky Proyezd, 6 Kholmogorskaya Street, and 16 Startovaya Street, near the Moscow Ring Road, Yaroslavskoye Highway, and the Yaroslavl line of the Moscow Railway.

Modern residential complexes with a total area of approximately 167,000 square meters are planned for these areas to implement the renovation program. A children's clinic with a dental department capable of handling 320 visits per shift will also be built here. The courtyards and public spaces will be improved, including convenient pedestrian paths and children's playgrounds.

Maryino

Another site for comprehensive redevelopment is located in the Maryino district on Nizhnie Polya Street, near the intersection of Lyublinskaya and Pererva Streets. It covers 8.97 hectares. Plans call for a 74,480-square-meter research and production technology park to be created there. It will be able to employ over a thousand Muscovites.

Golovinsky

In the Golovinsky District in northern Moscow, two sites with a total area of 3.41 hectares will be developed. They are located at 8a Konakovsky Proezd (between Flotskaya, Avangardnaya, and Pulkovskaya Streets) and 47 Kronshtadtsky Boulevard.

"In the Golovinsky District, modern residential complexes with a total area of over 58,000 square meters will be built on two sites to implement the renovation program. We will improve the area," the Moscow Mayor added.

Preobrazhenskoye

In the Preobrazhenskoye district in the east of the capital, a 1.33-hectare area has been included in the integrated development program. It is located between 2nd Bukhvostova Street and Atarbekova Street at 6/2 Poteshnaya Street.

The site's size will allow for the construction of approximately 29,000 square meters of real estate, including an ambulance substation with 20 parking spaces and housing for the renovation program. Approximately 330 new jobs will be created.

Rostokino

Another reorganized area of 0.56 hectares is located in the Rostokino district in the North-Eastern Administrative Okrug at the address: Kadomtseva proezd, building 1, near the Rostokinsky aqueduct, not far from the intersection of Bazhova and Malakhitovaya streets.

A modern residential complex with a sports center and underground parking with a total area of 22,110 square meters is planned for construction here to implement the renovation program.

As of November 25, 2025, 150 integrated development projects covering over 1,500 hectares have received Moscow Government approval and are under implementation. These projects are planned to encompass over 30.6 million square meters of real estate and create approximately 350,000 jobs.
