BEIJING, Nov. 25 (Xinhua) — China's Ministry of Commerce announced on Tuesday it has decided to extend the safeguard investigation period for imported beef until January 26, 2026, citing the complexity of the case.
This investigation was initially initiated on December 27, 2024. On August 6, 2025, the aforementioned ministry announced an extension of the investigation until November 26, 2025. -0-
