On November 23, the 80th anniversary of Sochi Airport, a festive atmosphere permeated the airport terminal. The base carrier, Nordwind Airlines, reached a unique milestone, serving 10 million passengers since the start of flights from Sochi.

The milestone passenger, Aigul Shakirova, checked in for flight N4-411 from Sochi to Kazan and received a certificate for a free roundtrip flight to any Russian destination on the airline's route network.

To celebrate the occasion, a concert by accordionist Igor Ayusheev, who became a social media star after his popular video at Sochi Airport, was held for all passengers at the airport terminal. He performed familiar accordion compositions and delighted the audience with his music.

The terminal also featured interactive locations where anyone could participate in a lottery and receive a gift from the airport, as well as take a souvenir photo.
