AUCKLAND, New Zealand, July 19 (Xinhua) — The China Business Summit 2025 was held in Auckland, New Zealand, on Friday.

New Zealand Prime Minister Christopher Lacson delivered a keynote speech at the event, in which he outlined his recent trip to China.

Mr Lacson reiterated the importance of trade between the two countries, saying China accounts for more than 20 per cent of New Zealand's exports.

“The Chinese side is willing to work closely with the New Zealand side to implement the consensus reached by the leaders of the two countries, bring more benefits to the peoples of the two countries, and bring more stability and certainty to an unstable world,” said Chinese Ambassador to New Zealand Wang Xiaolong. –0–
