BEIJING, November 18 (Xinhua) — China will never allow Japanese militarism to revive, will not allow anyone to challenge the post-war international order, and will never allow world peace and stability to be destroyed again, Foreign Ministry spokesperson Mao Ning said at a regular press conference on Tuesday.
Mao Ning made the above statement while commenting, at the request of the media, on recent statements by several Japanese officials that Japan plans to adjust military ranks in its Self-Defense Forces and restore the ranks that were used in the old Japanese army.
