Paris, November 18 (Xinhua) — French President Emmanuel Macron and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy signed a declaration of intent on Monday for Ukraine to acquire up to 100 Rafale fighter jets over the next decade, as well as other defense equipment. The two leaders announced this.
