The Moscow government has decided to comprehensively develop two urban areas with a total area of 0.81 hectares in the Tsaritsyno district. The corresponding resolution was signed Sergei Sobyanin.
The sites being reorganized are located at 33 Veselaya Street. Currently, warehouses and other outdated facilities are located on their territory.
The sites offer approximately 30,000 square meters of urban development potential, allowing for the construction of modern residential complexes to implement the renovation program. Landscaping and the development of a street and road network are also planned.
As of November 11, 2025, the Moscow Government has approved and is implementing 142 integrated development projects covering approximately 1,500 hectares, with plans to construct over 30 million square meters of real estate. These projects will create approximately 348,000 jobs.
