Yerevan, November 4 (Xinhua) — The international forum "Orbeli 2025: Building Peace and Multilateral Cooperation" opened in the Armenian capital on Tuesday, bringing together politicians, diplomats, and experts from more than 10 countries to discuss regional connectivity, the peace process, and international cooperation.
Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan delivered a speech at the forum's opening ceremony. He addressed issues of peace between Armenia and Azerbaijan, regional cooperation, and Armenia's foreign policy balance.
N. Pashinyan also noted the importance of developing relations with China, emphasizing the significance of the signed agreement on establishing a strategic partnership between the two countries.
The forum will discuss topics such as prospects for peace in the South Caucasus and the unblocking of communication and trade routes, as well as regional and global issues.
The event, organized by the Armenian analytical center "Orbeli", is attended by representatives from Armenia, Azerbaijan, Russia, Iran, Turkey, the United States, China, India, the European Union and other countries. –0–
