BEIJING, Nov. 3 (Xinhua) — Chinese Premier Li Qiang will attend the opening ceremony of the 8th China International Import Expo (CIIE) and related events and deliver a keynote speech, Ministry of Commerce spokesperson He Yadong said Monday.
