In October, during the golden autumn season, 1.87 million mu (approximately 125,000 hectares) of cotton fields in Shaya County, Aksu Prefecture, Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region, entered peak harvesting season. A snow-white sea of cotton stretches to the horizon. Large cotton harvesters scurry among the fields, collecting, packing, and transporting the raw cotton. The atmosphere of the harvest is vibrant.
