BEIJING, Nov. 1 (Xinhua) — The Dutch government's unlawful interference in a company's internal affairs has led to chaos in global production and supply chains, China's Ministry of Commerce said Saturday.

A department spokesman made the statement while commenting, at the media's request, on recent events related to semiconductor manufacturer Nexperia, an overseas subsidiary of the Chinese company Wingtech.

As a responsible country, China pays full attention to the security and stability of its domestic and international production and supply chains, a ministry spokesperson said.

He recommended that businesses facing practical difficulties immediately contact the Ministry of Commerce or local authorities regulating commercial activity. The Ministry will take the actual situation into account and provide export incentives to businesses that meet certain conditions, he concluded. -0-
