Xi Jinping also reported that at the recently successfully held 4th Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee in Beijing, the Proposals for Developing the 15th Five-Year Plan (2026-2030) for China's National Economic and Social Development were reviewed and adopted.

He called for accelerating the construction of the China-Thailand railway and strengthening cooperation in agricultural trade, green economy and digital innovation, and ensuring that the peoples of both countries enjoy more tangible benefits from this cooperation.

As Xi Jinping pointed out, the two countries should deepen exchanges in tourism, youth, regional cooperation, and other cultural and humanitarian areas, organize celebrations for the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations, and promote mutual understanding and friendship between the two peoples.

The Chinese President also called on both countries to step up efforts to combat cross-border crimes such as cyber fraud, gambling and telecommunications fraud to create a safe environment for bilateral exchanges and cooperation.

Xi Jinping added that in the face of an international situation characterized by chaotic changes, China is willing to work with Thailand to promote the implementation of the Global Governance Initiative, uphold international fairness and justice, and safeguard the common interests of the Global South.

A. Chanvirakoon, for his part, stated that Xi Jinping's words of condolence on the death of Queen Mother Sirikit of Thailand are of great significance to the Thai people, and that Thailand is deeply grateful to the Chinese leader for this.

Noting the successful convening of the 4th Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee and the adoption of the Proposals for the Development of the 15th Five-Year Plan (2026-2030) for China's National Economic and Social Development, A. Chanvirakun called China's achievements in the field of development impressive.

According to the Prime Minister of Thailand, this year marks the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Thailand and China, marking a significant milestone in the development of bilateral ties.
