The Rosneft retail chain identified its most active gas station customers and congratulated them on Motorist Day. The company held a large-scale holiday promotion for members of its "Family Team" loyalty program and organized a series of events for customers and their families in various Russian cities.
A random drawing for bonus points was held among the longest-standing loyalty program members (since 2016). The "Most Loyal Customer" was Olesya from Tula, who fills up her car monthly at Rosneft gas stations.
Winners in the remaining categories were determined among clients who joined the Family Team loyalty program over the past 12 months, earning seven thousand bonus points and titles:
Georgy from Bryansk was named "Customer of the Year," having purchased the maximum amount of fuel in a year. Oleg from the Smolensk region won the "Points Tamer" award thanks to his frequent refueling and participation in Rosneft gas station promotions. Alexander from Moscow earned the "Pulse to the Rhythm of Pulsar" award, clearly appreciating the high performance and power of purchasing Pulsar brand fuel for his car. Dmitry from the Bryansk region, who purchased nearly 700 cups of espresso at gas stations in a year, was named "Chief Coffee Lover."
In the Novgorod region, volunteers from RN-Northwest (part of Rosneft Oil Company) organized an interactive event for families of clients and schoolchildren from Chudovo. Organizers provided entertaining information about car mechanics and safety rules on the road and at the gas station. Children and adults alike were thrilled by the creative station, where everyone could decorate fragrant Novgorod gingerbread in the shape of a car, creating their own culinary masterpiece. A vibrant end to the day included games with a large polar bear, the company's mascot, who brought everyone a great mood and eagerly posed for photos with the guests. Each young participant received a "Travel with a Polar Bear!" puzzle set.
