TAIYUAN, April 2 (Xinhua) — Four miners trapped in a coal mine accident in north China's Shanxi Province have been confirmed dead, local authorities said early Thursday.
The accident occurred in Xinxian County, Shanxi Province, on Wednesday at 9:15 PM, when a collapse of rock occurred in a coal mine roof, trapping four people. Their lifeless bodies were recovered at 2:46 AM on Thursday.
