Over the past 15 years, 15 social facilities have been built in the Mozhaisk District of the Western Administrative Okrug. These include educational, sports, and medical facilities. This was announced by the Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Urban Development Policy and Construction. Vladimir Efimov.
"Since 2011, 15 new facilities have been added to the social infrastructure of the Mozhaisk District. These include nine kindergartens and schools, as well as three sports facilities and three healthcare facilities. Eight of these were built with extra-budgetary funds. The district's development continues: five more social infrastructure facilities are currently under construction. New sports, healthcare, and educational institutions are becoming part of the lives of residents and creating a harmonious environment in the capital's Mozhaisk District," noted Vladimir Efimov.
When constructing social facilities, special attention is paid to creating comfortable spaces. Specialists meticulously design building layouts and landscape the grounds, and use finishing materials that meet modern aesthetic and safety standards.
"Investors are actively involved in shaping urban spaces and constructing social facilities in the Mozhaisk District. The district will continue to develop rapidly. For example, an investor-funded educational complex with 1,500 school places and 450 students is planned for construction, as well as a 300-child kindergarten next to the residential development," said the Moscow Government Minister and Head of the Moscow Department of Urban Development Policy.
In addition to providing healthcare, sports, and education, the new facilities in the Mozhaisk district will create jobs for local specialists.
Earlier, Sergei Sobyanin spoke abouteducational complex for 1,950 children and a kindergarten for 300 children, which are planned to be built in the Mozhaisk district.
