Beijing, April 1 (Xinhua) — China categorically opposes the US attempt to impose restrictions on Chinese-Venezuelan cooperation by manipulating the so-called "general license," Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Mao Ning said at a regular ministry press conference on Wednesday in response to a media inquiry.
