"A kindergarten covering over 6,700 square meters is being built in the South-Eastern Administrative District. The L-shaped, multi-story building is being constructed on Lyublinskaya Street and is designed to accommodate 350 children. The main space will be occupied by 14 group units. The kindergarten is being built at Lyublinskaya Street, plot No. 72. It will be the fourth educational facility in the Lyublinsky Park residential complex and will harmoniously complement the existing social infrastructure of the neighborhood.

"The first floor will house a swimming pool for the students, while the second floor will house a classroom for developmental activities, a gym, and a music room. The building will be serviced by a medical unit and a full-service catering facility. The surrounding area will be landscaped, with trees, shrubs, and flower beds planted, along with 14 walking areas and two sports fields. A hedge will demarcate the spaces. Interior finishing work is currently underway," noted the Moscow Government Minister and Head of the Department of Urban Development Policy.

The work of specialists from the Moscow State Construction Supervision Committee (Mosgosstroynadzor) ensures that constructed facilities comply with design documentation and technical regulations. The Chairman of Mosgosstroynadzor Anton Slobodchikov He clarified that agency specialists are monitoring the kindergarten's construction at all stages. Inspectors have already conducted their sixth on-site inspection, during which they assessed the quality of the monolithic and geometric parameters of the structures, as well as the materials used.

During the design process, great care was taken to ensure the safety of the children. For example, the windows will be made of impact-resistant glass, and all windows accessible to children will have special locks to prevent them from opening. In the gym, the heating units will be housed in plywood boxes with soft protective lining.

The building's facades were finished in contrasting gray tones. The window openings and spaces between windows were adorned with rich orange accents. The finishing features decorative clinker brick, laid in places in a textured Dutch pattern, smooth metal panels, and stained-glass windows.
