KAMAZ PJSC procurement specialists held another career guidance event at the Kalkan Police Cadet School in Naberezhnye Chelny.
KAMAZ Day was aimed at seventh-grade students from the Kalkan Police Cadet School. Specialists explained the company's history, structure, and the technologies used in truck production. The students were particularly interested in the professions in demand at KAMAZ.
Next, together with their mentors, the children explored several professions during an interactive game – the students were invited to try their hand at being a designer, a technologist, and even a robot. The class was divided into two teams. While the designers created suitable "work clothes" for their robots, the lead technologist studied the assignment. He had to write down the robot's instructions – a program of actions – on separate sheets of paper. In the event of a malfunction, the teams had two attempts to correct the instructions.
Friendship and a passion for knowledge, including programming, emerged victorious in the competition, and all efforts were rewarded with commemorative prizes.
