On March 27, the All-Russian scientific and practical conference "Security of the Russian Federation: Challenges and Threats to the State's Strategic National Priorities" was held at the State University of Management.

Sergei Lenshin, Director of the Institute of Distance Education at the State University of Management and Corresponding Member of the Russian Academy of Military Sciences, opened the conference by outlining current challenges and problems, including the Ukrainian and Middle Eastern conflicts.

The meeting also addressed issues related to the legal regulation of the Russian Federation's national security, issues of Russia's economic security, technological independence and information security, and the protection of traditional Russian spiritual and moral values, culture, and the historical memory of Russian citizens.

The event, organized by the Institute of Distance Education at the State University of Management, became a platform for interaction between the scientific, military, and professional communities, government, and business.

The conference was attended by over 100 delegates, including leading university researchers, representatives of the defense industry, security specialists, academic staff, and students from educational institutions, as well as practitioners representing the Russian Armed Forces and other organizations.

Those gathered shared experiences in developing effective solutions for economic, state, and information security, as well as cultural and humanitarian ties. The most active participants of the Conference received incentive gifts from General of the Army Yuri Baluevsky, Inspector General of the Office of Inspectors General of the Russian Ministry of Defense, and posed for a souvenir photo.

The Conference proceedings will be published in the Russian Science Citation Index (RSCI) database and the Scientific Electronic Library (elibrary.ru).
