In March, the Tutaev Motor Plant, a subsidiary of KAMAZ in the Yaroslavl region, produced its 500th LT-530 automobile winch with a pulling force of up to 30 tons.
A multi-purpose mechanical winch with a hydraulic drive, two-stage planetary gearbox, rope guide, and brake is designed for installation on vehicles for the evacuation and subsequent transportation of other objects. Serial production of these winches began exactly one year ago – in March 2025. This was preceded by extensive work by all divisions of the plant.
A production center for KAMAZ gear winches was established at TMZ in 2020. Over the years, winch production has increased fivefold, and their model range has expanded.
In total, TMZ PJSC plans to produce approximately 12,000 traction winches with a pulling force of 8 to 30 tons in 2026. In February, the plant's team produced 947 geared truck winches with a pulling force of 8 to 30 tons. In March, it plans to manufacture 1,400 Type 4310 winches, 30 LT-100 winches, and 84 LT-530 winches.
