BEIJING, March 26 (Xinhua) — Both the United States and Iran have expressed a willingness to resume negotiations, and the international community should encourage both sides to return to the negotiating table and find effective paths to a political settlement, Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi said on Thursday.
