The Moscow government has approved the comprehensive development of four underutilized non-residential development sites, totaling 4.46 hectares, in the Vnukovo, Nagorny, Vykhino-Zhulebino, and Beskudnikovsky districts. Over 120,000 square meters of real estate will be constructed on the site of these outdated properties to implement the renovation program.

One of the redeveloped sites is located in the Kokoshkino dacha village, near the Kokoshkino station on the Moscow Central Diameter (Moscow Central Diameter) line. The site covers 1.76 hectares and offers 47,940 square meters of potential urban development.

The second site being redeveloped is located at Varshavskoe Shosse, buildings 82–86, at the intersection with Chongarsky Boulevard. It covers an area of 1.63 hectares and has a potential development potential of 42,340 square meters.

Another site is located on Ryazansky Prospekt (property 66). The area of the redeveloped territory is 0.63 hectares, with an urban development potential of 22,220 square meters of real estate. The Ryazansky Prospekt station on the Tagansko-Krasnopresnenskaya metro line is located nearby.

The fourth redevelopment site covers 0.44 hectares. It is located on Dmitrovskoe Shosse (property 91, building 1) near the Seligerskaya station on the Lyublinsko-Dmitrovskaya metro line. The site's urban development potential amounts to 11,550 square meters of real estate.

Residential complexes will be built on the sites. The surrounding areas will be landscaped, and the street and road network will be reorganized. Children's playgrounds, sports fields, and recreation areas will be built in the courtyards of the new buildings.

It is expected that the implementation of four integrated territorial development projects will provide modern housing to approximately 2,500 people. This will also create over 400 jobs.

As of March 24, 2026, the Moscow Government has approved and is implementing 200 integrated development projects covering a total area of over 1,800 hectares, with plans to build approximately 36.3 million square meters of real estate. This will create approximately 407,000 jobs.
