BEIJING, March 23 (Xinhua) — China expresses deep condolences over the deaths in the fire in the Republic of Korea (ROK) and sincere sympathy to their families, and wishes a speedy recovery to the injured, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Lin Jian said at a regular press conference on Monday.
