Dushanbe, March 21 (Xinhua) — The second World Navruz Youth Festival opened in Dushanbe on Saturday, bringing together over 200 youth from 30 countries, the Committee for Youth and Sports under the Government of Tajikistan reported.
According to the Khovar news agency, the festival will last until March 26 and will be held in the cities of Dushanbe, Gissar, Tursunzade, as well as in the cities and districts of the Khatlon region.
Within its framework, the Youth Forum of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization member states will be held, the initiative of which was proposed by the President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon. –0–
