TEHRAN, March 20 (Xinhua) — Iran's new Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei on Friday said the recent strikes on Turkey and Oman were not carried out by Iranian forces or their allies.
According to a statement published on the Supreme Leader's official website, in his address on the occasion of Eid al-Fitr (Eid al-Fitr), which marks the end of the Muslim holy month of Ramadan, and Nowruz (the Iranian New Year), M. Khamenei noted that Iran maintains "proper relations" with both countries.
He warned that Israel could use false flag operations to sow discord between Iran and its neighbors. –0–
