Thanks to a thorough analysis of price indicators, Moscow customers receive a correctly calculated maximum amount for the future transaction, which reduces the overall project cost and ensures compliance with procurement laws. In 2025, such preliminary work helped save 219.1 billion rubles," said Vladimir Efimov.

Over the past year, the State Budgetary Institution Mosstroyzakupki has reviewed over three thousand applications for initial price verification," noted the Chairman of Moskomexpertiza.
The amount agreed upon during the verification process becomes the starting price, with which the contractor selection procedure is published in the unified procurement information system.
