In 2025, Moscow clients saved over 200 billion rubles thanks to a preliminary analysis of initial (maximum) price calculations in urban development projects. This was reported by the Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Urban Development Policy and Construction. Vladimir Efimov.

"Verifying the initial (maximum) price calculations for contracts and agreements allows us to optimize procurement costs in urban development even before the procedures are announced. Thanks to a thorough analysis of price indicators, Moscow customers receive a correctly calculated maximum amount for the future transaction, which reduces the overall project cost and ensures compliance with procurement laws. In 2025, such preliminary work helped save 219.1 billion rubles," said Vladimir Efimov.
