Construction of another building under the renovation program has begun in the east of the capital. This was announced by the Moscow Government Minister and Head of the Moscow Department of Urban Development Policy. Vladislav Ovchinsky.
"We're continuing to implement the renovation program in the Golyanovo district. The new construction site is located at Amurskaya Street, plot No. 30 (zone 2.2). A residential complex consisting of four buildings of varying heights, with a total floor area of over 52,000 square meters, is being constructed here. The building will have 538 apartments, eight of which are accessible to people with disabilities. The total living space will be almost 34,000 square meters," explained Vladislav Ovchinsky.
The residential complex will be rectangular in shape. The spacious courtyard will feature comprehensive landscaping and improvements. It will include two playgrounds and a sports area with a safe rubberized surface. Additionally, a cozy space for quiet relaxation will be created with comfortable benches and pergolas.
The new building's underground level will house a parking garage, connecting all four buildings. Residents will be able to access the parking garage via a modern elevator.
"The entire construction process of the residential building on a land plot of over 0.7 hectares will be overseen by Mosgosstroynadzor. The developer has already submitted a notice of commencement of work on the site, after which inspectors have drawn up a program of control and supervision activities. Specialists from the subordinate Center for Expertise, Research, and Testing in Construction will be involved in on-site inspections to instrumentally verify the quality of the structures being erected and the materials used in accordance with the design documentation," noted the Chairman of the Moscow State Construction Supervision Committee (Mosgosstroynadzor).
The residential complex is being built in accordance with the renovation program standards. High-quality materials, primarily domestically produced, and energy-efficient technologies are being used in the construction.
