Moscow, March 16 (Xinhua) — Moscow's Tagansky Court fined the messaging app Telegram 35 million rubles (US$432,000) for failing to delete information restricted in Russia, the Russian news agency TASS reported on Monday.
The messenger was found guilty on five counts. According to the case file, the charges were filed for refusing to remove content calling for extremist activity.
